Up for sale is the rare 1960's
Le Phare pressure diver chronograph watch in stainless steel.
This beautiful watch is a very
beautiful scuba diving watch from the 60's. It features a complex
manual wind high grade movement with a chronograph function plus a
pressure diving indicator built into the bezel.
This watch is very sturdy and still
works very well. I haven't taken it diving to test the pressure
indication, but this feature is simple and like most pressure gauges
is calibrated to work without problems as a "reactive" feature.
The case is a heavy water resistant
case with a heavy screw back cover which is tested for 500 feet or
200 meters.
The watch has some minor wear on the
bezel and case, but it's nothing serious. The only other thing is
the missing buckle which need to be replaced or if you want you can
just put in a new band.
